  1. I have registered for the test, what should I do next?

    If you have successfully registered for the test, an email will be sent to your email ID with the registration details. After registration you can do any of the following activities:

    • Schedule for the test
    • Take online Practice Test
    • Find Sessions(optional) - Helps you to get the session date
    • Find Test Center (optional) - Helps you to get the test center

  2. I have scheduled for the test, I want to re-schedule, what should I do?

    If you have scheduled for the test and if you have an appointment to take an offline test at a test center, make sure to print the receipt from the confirmation page and carry it along with other necessary materials to the test center. After scheduling for the test, you can do any of the following activities:

    • Take online Practice Test
    • Download Candidate Information Booklet

  3. I have scheduled the test, how can I cancel it?

    If you want to cancel a scheduled test, sign in using your PSI user name and password. From the member's area, click on Reschedule / Cancel a test. A list of scheduled test details is displayed. Select the test by clicking on the radio button and click on the Cancel Schedule button. A confirmation mail with the cancellation details will be sent to your email ID.

  4. How can I find the test date?

    To find test date:

    1. From the home page, click on the Test Information button.
    2. Select the state, licensing agency name, license type and portion type.
    3. Click on the continue button.
    4. Select the test center and click on the continue button.
    5. The test details and the date are displayed.

  5. My schedule is cancelled, how can I reschedule it?

    If your schedule is cancelled, you will have to sign into the member's restricted area using your PSI user name and password. From the member's page click on the Schedule a test link.
