MI Real Estate Salesperson: This program requires pre-approval before you can sit for the exam. For Salesperson candidates, you must first apply for licensure through the Michigan iCOLA website. The Michigan iCOLA website link is www.michigan.gov/icola.

MI Real Estate Broker: Broker Candidates must first submit an examination registration form directly to PSI before applying for licensure. The examination registration form is located in the Candidate Information Bulletin
