  1. How can I change my Email address?

    To change the Email address that PSI has on file for your account do the following:

    1. From the Home Page, click on sign-in link.
    2. From the Login Page, click on Click here if your Email address has changed link.
    3. Enter the old and new Email IDs and click on Submit Button.
    4. A confirmation message is displayed which confirms the email address change from Address1 to Address2.

  2. I want to change my password

    To change your password do the following:

    1. From the Home Page, click on sign-in link.
    2. Enter your sign in ID and password and click on the Sign in button.
    3. Select the Change password option under the User Info column.
    4. Enter the password you use now in the Current Password field.
    5. Enter a new password in the field.
    6. Enter the password again to confirm it.
    7. Click on the Change Password button to update the password change in the system.

  3. I have forgotten my password.

    If you forget your password, you have to reset it before you can use the PSI members section again.

    1. From the Sign In column, click on the Forgot Password link.
    2. Enter the Email address that is associated with your PSI account and click on Continue button.
    3. Answer your security question and click on continue button.
    4. Enter your new password and click on the submit button.
    5. An Email will be sent to your Email ID with your new password details.

  4. I have lost my score report, how can I get a duplicate report?

    If you want a duplicate report, you will have to sign into the member's restricted area using your PSI user name and password. From the member's page click on the Duplicate score report link. A duplicate report payment page is displayed prompting you to pay for the duplicate test report. If you have paid for the duplicate report a confirmation mail is sent to your Email Id and the duplicate report will be dispatched to your postal address. Please note that it takes up to 10 days to deliver your duplicate report.

  5. How can I change my profile details?

    If you want change your profile details, you will have to sign into the member's restricted area using your PSI user name and password. From the member's page click on the Update personal profile link. Change the required fields in the Update Personal Profile page and click on the save button.

  6. I want to see my activities with PSI, where can I find this?

    If you want to view your activity with PSI, you will have to sign into the member's restricted area using your PSI user name and password. From the member's page click on the Account activity link. A list of your activities will be displayed.

  7. I have paid for the test how do I get the print receipt?

    A confirmation for the payment is displayed if you have successfully completed your payment process. The page also displays the payment summary along with an option to print receipts. Click on the Print Receipt button to print your payment receipt.

  8. Why should I log out?

    You should always logout for security reasons so others do not gain access to your personal information. The system will automatically time you out after 30 minutes of inactivity, but you should ensure that you are logged out before leaving your computer.

  9. How can I log out?

    To log out of PSI site:

    1. From the icon navigation bar at the top of the page, locate and click the logout link.
    2. You will see the "Logout" window informing you that the system is logging you out.
    3. Wait until the process is complete. Your browser should return to the login page. You may now access other Web pages or close out your Web browser.

  10. I can't find my record what may be the reason?

    Your Candidate ID might not be linked to your login details that you have provide to us.
