Before applying to PSI to take your Real Estate SALESPERSON licensing examination you must first access the State of Michigan's iCOLA website located at www.michigan.gov/iCOLA and apply for licensure.
• PSI is no longer taking appointments and printing License Cards for existing licensees.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Effective September 1, 2013 the examination fee will be $76.

MICHIGAN DEPT. OF LICENSING AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS- REAL ESTATE
MI Real Estate Salesperson: This program requires pre-approval before you can sit for the exam. For Salesperson candidates, you must first apply for licensure through the Michigan iCOLA website. The Michigan iCOLA website link is www.michigan.gov/icola.
MI Real Estate Broker: Broker Candidates must first submit an examination registration form directly to PSI before applying for licensure. The examination registration form is located in the Candidate Information Bulletin

You can take this test on Computer.
