• Please note: reciprocal candidates must be registered under CO Reciprocal Licensing not under CO Broker-State.
• Effective 11/1/2018 PSI will no longer offer electronic fingerprint submissions for the Colorado Division of Real Estate at our examination centers. For more information visit the Divisions website at https://www.colorado.gov/dora/division-real-estate.
• For Real Estate Examinations: Candidates will be required to complete an affidavit, upon check in, before being allowed to sit for the exam. If appropriate, you must also bring a copy of your eligibility certificate or REC-33 to support the choice selected in the affidavit.

• If you do not bring a copy of your eligibility certificate or REC-33 to support the choice selected in the affidavit, you will be refused admittance to the exam site. Your registration will be invalid, and you will not be able to take the examination as scheduled, and you will forfeit your examination fee.
• Effective January 1, 2015 Appraiser Candidates must provide the Letter of Exam Eligibility form provided from the Colorado Division of Real Estate on the day of testing. If you do not have this form, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit the examination fee. This does not apply to the Ad Valorem Appraiser examination.
