• NOTE: NO personal items are to enter the testing center. PSI will not be responsible for any personal items and suggests that you leave them in a safe place of your choosing.

Effective January 1, 2015 Appraiser Candidates must provide the Letter of Exam Eligibility form provided from the Colorado Division of Real Estate on the day of testing. If you do not have this form, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit the examination fee. This does not apply to the Ad Valorem Appraiser examination.
