| • PSI offers electronic fingerprint submissions for the Colorado Division of Real Estate at our examination centers. For more information see the link below on PSI's Electronic Fingerprint Submission Service. |

| • Effective May 10, 2010 you will be required to complete an affidavit, upon check in, before being allowed to sit for the exam. You must also bring a copy of your eligibility certificate or REC-33 to support the choice selected in the affidavit. |

| • Effective August 1, 2010, if you do not bring a copy of your eligibility certificate or REC-33 to support the choice selected in the affidavit, you will be refused admittance to the exam site. Your registration will be invalid, and you will not be able to take the examination as scheduled, and you will forfeit your examination fee. |
