| • Please check your confirmation and verify which test center you have been scheduled for. There may be more than one PSI test center in the city you have elected to test in. PSI is not responsible for candidates who mistakenly arive at a test center for which they have not been scheduled and reserves the right to deny admission if a candidate arrives late for their exam. |

| • The PSI Houston (SW) test site will be moving 7/1/10. PSI * 9555 W Sam Houston Pkwy South, Suite 152 * Houston, TX 77099. From the South (i.e., driving northward), take the Bissonnet exit. Cross Bissonnet at the intersection, and immediately turn right into the parking lot. From the North, take the Bissonnet exit. U-turn at Bissonnet and go immediately to the right hand lane and turn right into the parking lot. PSI is located at W. Sam Houston Pkwy North (on the northbound side of the pkwy). |
